Product Introduction Also known as "water curtain paper," this is a functional cooling material made primarily from plant fibers—such as bagasse or wood pulp—shaped into a unique honeycomb structure and then dried. Its core mechanism relies on water evaporation to absorb heat, effectively lowering ambient temperatures. It is widely used in ventilation and cooling systems.
Product Features : Highly effective at cooling, the honeycomb structure maximizes the water-absorbing surface area, enabling rapid evaporation and quickly reducing ambient temperatures by 5–12°C (depending on humidity)—all while ensuring even cooling without any localized temperature differences.
- Highly absorbent and long-lasting, the fibers themselves have excellent hydrophilicity, allowing them to quickly soak up moisture and distribute it evenly across the surface. Once saturated, they resist dripping, ensuring the cooling effect lasts for an extended period.
- Low ventilation resistance: the porous structure doesn’t impede airflow, ensuring ample air volume when used with a fan—while also filtering out some airborne dust to improve air quality.
- Highly durable: Plant fibers undergo a curing process that makes them resistant to corrosion and mold, ensuring a lifespan of 3 to 5 years under normal use (with regular cleaning). Plus, they’re lightweight, making installation and maintenance exceptionally convenient.
